Things were looking good last night for the Grizzlies heading into the 4th quarter as they were leading 81-65! That is when the roof caved in on the Grizzlies as the Clippers outscored them 33-7 in the 4th quarter to seal the Grizzlies’ fate. Marc Gasol led the way for the Grizzlies last night with 26 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocked shots. Rudy Gay was solid also with 15 points, 10 rebounds and 2 steals. Jamaal Tinsley pitched in with 12 points, 2 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals in 30 minutes off the bench. The Grizzlies are now 6-11 on the year.

The Grizzlies shot 53.8% from the floor and they raced out to a 61-39 halftime lead and they made it stand up. Zach Randolph led the way for the Grizzlies last night with 21 points and 9 rebounds. Marc Gasol was outstanding last night also with 19 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists. O.J. Mayo pitched in with 19 points, 2 rebounds and 6 assists last night. The Grizzlies are now 6-10 on the season.

The Grizzlies outrebounded the Suns 49-29 but it didn’t matter because the Suns shot a stunning 61.9% from the floor. Zach Randolph led the way for the Grizzlies last night with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Rudy Gay had a solid game last night for the Grizzlies with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists. Sam Young had his best game of the year last night with 14 points and 7 rebounds in 29 minutes off the bench. The Grizzlies are now 5-10 on the year.

The Memphis Grizzlies (5-9) shot lights out Monday night against the Sacramento Kings (5-8) and built a 17 point lead going into the 4th quarter.  The Grizzlies shot 54% from the field and every starter scored in double-figures.  Rudy Gay had a very good game for the Grizzlies, dropping in 24 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.  Marc Gasol filled up the stat sheet and went 8-10 from the field for 18 points, 6 rebounds, 4 blocks, 3 assists, and 2 steals.  Although the Kings shot nearly 50% from the field, the Grizzlies forced 21 turnovers and played pretty solid defense.  Tyreke Evans led the way for the Kings with 28 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists.

The Grizzlies weren’t on their game last night and it cost them on the scoreboard. Rudy Gay led the way for the Grizzlies with 24 points, 10 rebounds and 3 assists last night. Zach Randolph had a decent game with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 2 blocked shots last night. O.J. Mayo only shot 6 of 18 from the floor but he still finished with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. The Grizzlies are now 4-9 on the year.
