The Grizzlies were outscored 37-24 in the 4th quarter last night and it did them in. It didn’t help that the Grizzlies allowed the Suns to shoot 57.8% from the floor and outrebound them 48-36. Rudy Gay led the way for the Grizzlies with 36 points and 3 rebounds. Juan Carlos Navarro also had a solid night as he finished up with 23 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists. Hakim Warrick (16 points), Darko Milicic (15 points) and Mike Conley (15 points) all pitched in with solid games last night. The Grizzlies are now 14-43 on the season.

Cleveland Cavaliers 109, Memphis Grizzlies 89

The Grizzlies ran into a buzzsaw last night in Cleveland. The Cavaliers shot 51.9% from the floor and they outrebounded the Grizzlies 46-33 which explains the loss. Hakim Warrick led the way for the Grizzlies with 21 points and 9 rebounds. Rudy Gay stuffed the stat sheet with 19 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals. Juan Carlos Navarro pitched in with 14 points and 2 rebounds. The Grizzlies are now 14-42 on the season.

The Memphis Grizzlies waive Marcus Vinicius

The Grizzlies have waived Marcus Vinicius before he even played a game for them. They like there current roster of younger players and they didn’t think Vinicius warranted take any minutes away from any of them.

The Grizzlies were outrebounded 47-39 last night and the Mavericks shot 50% from the floor and those were the big factors in the beating that the Grizzlies took last night. Rudy Gay stuffed the stat sheet with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocked shots. Hakim Warrick also had a solid game as he finished with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Kyle Lowry was also busy as he finished with 12 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. The Grizzlies are now 14-41 on the season.

The Grizzlies came out flat on Wednesday Night and it cost them the game. Rudy Gay led the way for the Grizzlies with 21 points and 3 rebounds. Hakim Warrick also had a solid game with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Mike Conley pitched in with 16 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. The Grizzlies are now 14-40 on the season.
