The Memphis Grizzlies lose Damon Stoudamire and Mike Miller for a while
It’s very possible that both of these guys will miss the remainder of the season. Stoudamire has a knee injury and is doubtful to return this season. He played in 62 games this season and he averaged 24.2 minutes, 7.5 points, 2.2 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game. Stoudamire did shoot the 3-ball well as he hit 39.1% of them this season. Chucky Atkins will just play more minutes to make up for Stoudamire’s absence. Mike Miller has patella tendinitis in both knees and is out indefinately. The Grizzlies should just let him rest the remainder of the season so that he doesn’t wind up hurting himself any worse. Rookie Tarance Kinsey has really stepped up while Miller has been out which bodes well for the future. But, Miller’s shooting has been missed as he has nailed 40.6% of his three pointers this season.
